UTS:Engineering is not sub-divided into departments or other entities, but functions on an integrated basis. Its operation structure is essentially a matrix. 

The Dean has overall responsibility for the Faculty as a whole. All of the academic and general members belong to a staff group, reflecting their professional interests and expertise.
